Born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Jacob grew up in a family that built their own homes and always had ongoing construction projects. Jacob has also been able to live in Homestead and Boca Raton, Florida. He enjoys the ocean, and visits as much as possible. At age 17, Jacob started in the Title business as a courier for all title companies in Santa Fe then worked in the mortgage business for 2 years which ultimately prepared him for his career in Real Estate.
Jacob has taken pride in overcoming the new challenges in business and continues to learn, change and adapt in knowing what it takes to avoid unnecessary, time-consuming, complications that could occur in any transaction. Jacob truly appreciates what Santa Fe has to offer; enjoys the outdoors, people, life, and most importantly cherishes his wife, three young sons, and daughter.
Michelle Martinez is a proud native of New Mexico, born and raised in the state. She has spent her entire life immersed in the culture and traditions of the Land of Enchantment, and her love for her home state is evident in all aspects of her life. She has maintained a successful career in the construction industry which led her to be passionate about real-estate. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience and expertise in various aspects of the industry, from project management to site supervision. Michelle takes great pride in her work and is known for her attention to detail and commitment to quality. She is always looking for ways to help others and make a positive impact. Peggy is a native Santa Fean who has a deep passion for her community. She grew up on construction sites and comes from a long line of plumbers, electricians, and builders who have continued to serve our community since her great grandfather, Guadalupe Saiz, founded Saiz Plumbing and Heating in 1916 on Water St. Peggy has spent 20 years learning every aspect of the Santa Fe real estate industry including marketing, contracts, and the art of supporting an active top producing broker team. Peggy happily operates as the JAM Real Estate Expert’s support hub.
